High reliability motor control center

The rotary pressure contact and the vertical bus in the MCC unit are created in an all-in-one arc free zone to improve the reliability of the composition system

  • The contact, vertical bus and power plug in the unit are sealed and encapsulated and create an arc-free zone
  • The vertical bus is completely insulated between phases and the phase to earth to reduce the internal arc risk
  • Changing the unit from the operation position to the test position does not affect the protection class of the switchgear
  • When changing from the operation or test position, there is no unit movement, and thus the power cable remains fixed (preventing any damage to the wires)
  • The contact area maintains good contact pressure as the electromagnetic force increases in the event high current is generated

  • Vertical bus is completely insulated
  • All changes to the unit module are available even when the voltage is increased
